it's been a while but I'm back -- and back in English, you non-catalan-speakers ;)
anyway -- it's an old, but true story ---- when does meat taste at it's best? Of course, when you cook it yourself and specially if eaten right after cooked --- at first that looks not compatible with the tradiicional restaurant approach, but -- ask the japanese and they'll tell you a different story
